The objective: to study the immunohistochemical features of placenta in women with premature birth 28–33 weeks pregnancy. Materials and methods. 120 pregnant (the main group) who were hospitalized delivered Kyiv Perinatal Center during 2018–2020 at a gestation period 23–33 examined. group divided into two subgroups depending on term – 1st included patients 23–28 pregnancy, 2nd had labors 29–33 weeks. Placentas examined using morphological (histological method staining hematoxylin eosin van Gieson) methods (indirect streptavidin-peroxidase for determining expression level progesterone receptors PR). Results. Premature maturation chorionic villi was found 40 % placentas 1, 20 blood circulation disorders presence acute inflammatory infiltration fetal membranes, decidual 10 pathological immaturity according variant chaotic sclerosed villi.
